Feeling blessed at Cascade Pass

On Saturday, I went hiking with two of my kids, and one of my good friends and her daughter.

We hiked up Cascade Pass, a total of 6 and a half miles of the most gorgeous scenery you'll ever see.

The whole time, our jaws hung open with the beauty, although we all have hiked here many times before.  It never gets old.

Do you want to come along?

Enjoy!

  1. What a beautiful place!! It brings back memories of when I used to backpack in the mountains of Oregon. I never got the chance to do Cascade Pass though. It looks like a wonderful place to hike!

    1. Yes, definitely hike on that one. Also: Hidden Lake Lookout is my absolute favorite, in the same area.

  4. More eye candy vacation from Corina! Thank you so much for sharing your life even in the midst of health challenges. I would totally understand if you wanted (and took) a vacation from posting. I'm just sayin'. I would be here when you come back. In the meantime this reminds me of my childhood singing "I'm happy when I'm hiking, pack upon my back!" I think it was from girls scouts.

    1. You're so cute. You make me smile!
I love posting and sharing my life with you all. I feel like I've posted less over the past three months... usually I post once a week, without fail. But yes, I've had to slow down! Thanks for being here!

    3. I've been about the same as you. But I did not get stopped in the water. I can't. I have to work through it because I am now 68 and I can't live on Social INsecurity. I don't sleep well yadda yadda. You asked! Good things are happening so I just try to focus on that. I need to go on over to your blog and see what was the last thing you wrote. Blessings to you and healing thoughts.
