1) I made a little video tutorial on how to make a cheese press for under $10. It's super easy to make a cheese press inexpensively but very effectively, instead of spending hundreds of dollars buying one.

I have made hard cheese for over a decade and have taught hundreds of people how to make cheese. It's really tricky to find a proper cheese press, especially if you don't want to spend a lot of money. I can attest to how amazing our cheese presses are.
